Taloria
The world of Taloria began with a question. What if gravity was reversed?
On Taloria, people don't walk on the outer surface of the planet, they roam inside of it, living their entire lives upside-down in the gap between the outer crust and the middle core of the planet. Due to strong magnetic fields and a unique composition of metals and minerals found within the ground and life forms of Taloria, a secondary gravitational field exists beyond the planet's atmosphere. This unusual phenomenon effectively reverses gravity for all of Taloria's inhabitants. As a result, they walk on the inner surface of the planet's outer crust, taking high speed trains that surf the planet's magnetic fields, and riding uncommon beasts from one coast to another. Strange plants make up forests that glow in the dark, giving birth to camouflaged glowing animals. Some Talorians share this glowing affect, while others have evolved with webbed gliders beneath their arms. Other Talorians are able to withstand even the highest temperatures and dense pressures found in the planet's volcanic deserts, while others still are able to breathe underwater or see in absolute darkness with their bat-like sonar and wide yellow eyes. There are many races and cultures calling the vast landscape of Taloria their home. However, much like Earth, the state of Taloria is constantly changing. With technology advancing and the wandering land-gods known as Doma receding, only time will tell what the future holds for this strange upside-down world.
