Dirt-Work

- Sketches - Dreams -

- & All The In-Betweens -

I once had a professor who introduced me to the concept of "Dirt-Work." Sometimes as artists, we hold ourselves too closely to fine-art polished standards, and forget to enjoy the process. This sketchbook journey of messy experimentation and reckless creation is often what leads to our very best work, and it is what makes Dirt-Work so important. Without it, an artist will cease to grow. - xo
